What is an "App" on Stoqey?
Understand saved strategy configuration and how it differs from a running session.
An app is saved strategy source and configuration: its instrument, runtime family, models, and settings. A launched stage session executes a configuration in memory; the app itself is not the running process.
Create and save an app in your workspace, or publish a selected Agent Lab revision into one. Saving and publishing do not automatically launch execution.
The launch workflow selects the target environment and broker when required. A simulated runtime, a running data feed, and a broker paper/live account have different execution behavior. Read the capability matrix before treating them as equivalent.
